For our friend Aimee's birthday her husband planned a yoga session on the beach with our FAVORITE instructor Allison. The day had been overcast and cold, but during the session the blue skies came through that warmed our faces. It was so nice during the relaxation part to hear the seagulls, the waves & the laughter of the kids playing by the water. Thanks Chris for planning a great gift & allowing all of us to share in Aimee's day. Happy Birthday Aimee, you're the greatest!
